ICE/WATER SHIELD
An ice and water shield sits in shallow pitch roof areas or areas where several valleys meet and there is a high concentration of water. This shield will act as an extra underlayment, preventing leaks in problem areas.
CRICKET
A cricket is a triangular structure placed above your chimney to divert water on the high side of the roof, preventing water from pooling and causing leaks. If you do not have a cricket, it is only a matter of time before you could have a leak.

- Installing new 15# or 30# felt paper (depending on the vertical pitch of your roof)
- Replacing all pipe boot flashing
- Installing new 20” valley metal under shingles
- Install new shingles per manufacturer specifications

RIDGE VENT
We can install a ridge vent to the peak of your slope roof, creating a convection flow and allowing warm air to escape from the attic. Properly installed, a ridge vent increases energy efficiency and prolongs the life of your roof.
METAL ROOF VALLEY
In areas where heavy rain or snow fall on your roof, a durable metal roof valley gives added protection. The valley’s smooth surface allows water to run off quickly so build-up will not occur. Most metal valleys are also strong enough to resist damage from hail and falling tree limbs.
